Volt is immediately hiring for a temporary E-commerce Support Specialist in Baldwin Park, CA.
As an E-commerce Support Specialist you will:
Assist with maintaining and updating website and web portals
Assist on database clean up and management including address standardization and validation
Assist on order management for Amazon, and Other Marketplaces
Assist on daily NewEgg Vendor order processing
Controls stock inventory levels
Works with Warehouse team on getting shipments out to Amazon FBA
Track metrics and run reports for analysis
Advises on alternatives on verbiage/placement/timing on creatives
Prepare reports to identify key metrics
Assign on assembling PowerPoint presentations
Other duties as assigned
Follow ISO/TL9000 requirements as it pertains to position
This is a full time opportunity
Monday- Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must have knowledge on how to use a computer
Working knowledge of marketplace platforms a plus
Works well in a team environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Able to stay abreast with company policies, products and services
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL:

Pay rate: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
