Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:


Coordinate sales activities with direction from RVP/ADS. Project coordinator will support salesman and customers by performing the following duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Provide sales data for market territory, and customer feedback.


Coordinate pricing a quoting of projects through Quick Quote and maintains quotation file. Includes following up on provided quotations to customers.


Interface with Operations, Engineering, Customers, & Sales Team regarding order processing scheduling and field sales.


Coordinate/assist in customer payments, credits, and account receivables status.


Provide direction to CSR's, operations, and customers communicating order status and project delivery.


Maintain an organized SOV process for indicated projects, insuring billing is in line with Dayton Superior standards.


Maintain and support sales team with an inside sales customer base.


Provide accuracy of deliveries to customers and sales based on estimated delivery dates. Ensure product knowledge of production and delivery schedules.


Keep account activities and literature up to date.


Coordinates and performs customer training sessions.


Develop and maintain relationships with Contractor Direct and Dealer Customers.


Investigate and resolve customer problems.


QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess construction/distribution sales experience.
