Kforce has a client in Draper, UT that is seeking a Senior Program Manager/Digital Transformation Lead to oversee a diverse range of transformative projects aimed at optimizing and evolving their organization's digital landscape. This role requires exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of technological advancements to drive successful digital initiatives across various platforms and systems.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
Coordinate with senior leaders to help define product roadmap
Portfolio Management:
Oversee digital transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and manage interdependencies between different initiatives for optimal outcomes
Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and fostering collaboration to drive project success
Strong communication skills. Liaise with stakeholders, including department heads, vendors, and senior management, to communicate progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations
Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project execution
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and drive innovative solutions
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives
Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, showcasing progress, achievements, and areas for improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent work experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required (or within one year of hire)
Agile certification(s) a plus
8 to 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager
7+ years of proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional programs/projects comprised of level projects successfully, timely, and within budget
7+ years of working knowledge and first-hand experience using a combination of the following project management methodologies: Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
Knowledge of and familiarity with the benefits industry is preferred
Self-starter with the ability to drive and influence others to achieve goals and perform with high quality
Solid interpersonal skills that inspire others to work toward and achieve the project goals
Takes accountability for cross-functional or organizational performance
Proactively identifies and addresses conflict affecting cross-functional teams
Seeks to understand the root cause(s) of conflict and various points of view
Aware of other's styles and adjust accordingly
Demonstrates ability to recognize potential interdepartmental impact of decisions/choices and plans accordingly prior to implementation
Experienced in creating strategic roadmaps to articulate the vision of program delivery
Understanding of budgetary and financial processes such that project budgets can be obtained and managed throughout the lifecycle of a project
Identifies potential risks and works to mitigate in advance of problems/issues
Develops knowledge across products, policies, and processes and shares that expertise within their team and across their projects
Influences/builds the expertise of others to advance department/program function and effectiveness
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
