Location: Draper, UT (Onsite)



Type: 12+ Months Contract



Contract - Only W2



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR


a. Basic Qualifications

i. Strong verbal & written communication skills

ii. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service

iii. Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, early mornings, late nights, and weekends

iv. Minimum of 40wpm typing speed.

v. High attention to details and exceptional listening skills

vi. Works well under pressure

vii. Must have ability to adapt to change, including policies and procedures

viii. Must be familiar with various computer software applications

ix. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.

x. Ability to collaborate with local team and global clients both internally and externally


Preferred Qualifications


i. At least 2 years of experience as a Conference Operator

ii. Experience operating complex phone systems with software applications

iii. Experience with supporting Zoom meetings
