Obtain and supply hard copy proof of delivery documents for each shipment for clients
Documents are obtained through online web portals on carrier websites
Enter in proof of delivery reference numbers and provide documents to clients once completed
Occasional phone calls may need to be made to obtain the shipping document
Previous experience in an office support role is preferred
Full training will be provided, no prior experience in freight/logistics is needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of clerical/data entry experience in a professional office setting
High School Diploma
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong computer skills - typing, accuracy, etc.

Pay: $20/hr.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
