A premiere plaintiff's law firm, recently awarded "Best Law Firms" by Best Lawyers 2024 for Mass Tort and Class Action Practice, is seeking a Temporary Mailroom/Facilities person. This is a role that requires 5 days on site from 9am-6pm. Looking to have this person start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Light cleaning of kitchen area (wiping counters, microwaves, etc) and conference rooms.
Making coffee several times a day
Stocking of supplies in kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies in various areas
Moving & lifting heavy boxes (paper, boxes of mail, etc)
Opening of mail and scanning it into a digitized folder
Making copies
Preparing and logging outgoing mail
Qualifications:
Capable of lifting 15-20+ pounds
High attention to detail
Professional and polished
Compensation/Benefits:
DOE $20-$22/hr
