Ledgent is hiring an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to contribute to the success of our client's growing accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely results.
Responsibilities:
Prepare & analyze financial statements
Oversee general ledger accounting
Take ownership of both month-end & year-end closing processes
Collaborate with department heads to develop & manage budgets
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Masters degree or CPA is a plus
5-7 years of progressive experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
