Judge Healthcare is seeking a Call Center RN for an opening with one of our top clients in the Oxnard, CA area ASAP!
Position Details:
Title: Call Center Nurse
Location: Oxnard, CA 93036
Type of engagement: Contract
Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Specific Duties:
Initial assessment of the members health status including condition-specific issues.
Documentation of the members clinical history, including medications.
Initial assessment of at least five of the members activities of daily living: eating, bathing, walking, toileting and transferring.
Initial assessment of the members mental health status including cognitive functioning
Evaluation of the members cultural and linguistic needs, visual and hearing needs, members caregiver resources and available benefits.
Supporting communications and care collaboration with the following parties: member, caregiver and/or family members, PCP, Specialist, Hospitalist, Medical Director and other appropriate healthcare professionals involved in member?s care.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Registered Nurse
Case management experience
Microsoft Outlook email and calendar, word, basic knowledge of excel
