Kforce has a client in Montebello, CA that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager (Analytics) with a strong background in healthcare, data analytics, automated deployment, and software analytics. This role will be crucial in leading complex projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Data Analytics: Oversee the implementation of data analytics initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiencies; Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes
Automated Deployment: Implement and manage automated deployment processes to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our software applications
Software Analytics: Utilize software analytics tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and optimize our healthcare applications
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clinical staff, and external partners; Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Healthcare Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry to ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successful data analytics, automated deployment, and software analytics projects
Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana), data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and automated deployment technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
