Responsibilities:
Workplace Concerns:
Address workplace concerns in a timely and equitable manner.
Resolve issues in accordance with relevant laws and CHS policies.
Ethics Line and Risk Mitigation:
Partner with Compliance & Integrity and Legal teams to handle Ethics Line issues prudently.
Collaborate on investigations when necessary.
Mitigate risks to the organization.
Coaching and Performance Improvement:
Provide coaching to leaders throughout the Performance Improvement Process.
Review and offer feedback on Performance Improvement Plans.
Ensure appropriate follow-up.
Consistency and Process Improvement:
Establish common processes, practices, and tools for addressing ER situations.
Ensure consistency in handling employee relations matters.
Trend Identification and Reporting:
Track employee relations issues across Enabling Functions.
Identify trends and training opportunities.
Regularly report status to the Enabling Functions HRBP team.
Leadership Enhancement:
Make recommendations to improve leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
4+ years of HRBP or related experience, including 2+ years in direct Employee Relations.
Knowledge and practical application of employment laws.
Project management experience.
