Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role as we embark on a transformative project to transition our traditional bank account infrastructure into a virtual setup. The initiative also involves the implementation of an in-house Treasury Payments solution and cutting-edge allocation tools to streamline and automate the cash allocation process end-to-end.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
As the Treasury Project Manager, you will lead the rollout from the treasury side, acting as the primary interface for all rollout-related matters with Accounting, Shared Services and IT.
Develop a comprehensive rollout strategy for each entity in coordination with the Cash Management & Payments team (Treasury) as well as other stakeholders (Accounting/Shared Services).
Coordination of New Bank Accounts: Oversee the smooth rollout of new virtual bank accounts, ensuring alignment with the defined approach.
Customer Communication Support: Assist in crafting effective communication, including mass mailings, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
Progress Tracking and Troubleshooting: Monitor project progress and address any challenges, leveraging support from the in-house Treasury Payment solution to ensure a seamless implementation.
Regular Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Head of Cash Management & Payments at s Corporate Finance Treasury, keeping them informed of milestones and challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
We are looking for 3-5 years of direct project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects of increasing complexity.
Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of successful implementations.
Office Tools: Proficient in utilizing a variety of office tools to facilitate efficient project coordination and communication.
Financial Background: A background in finance is beneficial, providing you with a solid understanding of financial processes and requirements.
Stakeholder-Oriented Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong on Delivery: Proven ability to drive results, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
