Medline Industries, LP has an immediate need for a Data Coordinator to support our Sterile Procedure Tray division. This individual will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and overall accuracy of data entered into various systems. Complete the daily tasks necessary for data and document management and maintenance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter and maintain data in various systems.
Manage the workflow and governance of data.
Troubleshoot issues and make necessary corrections to the data and/or the process. Review data to ensure accuracy
Ensure data processes and procedures are properly documented. Maintain consistent conventions related to data and document retention.
Prepare and disseminate various reports. Review, edit reports and make necessary corrections.
Attention to detail.
Able to multi-task in a fast pace work environment and communicate with team members
Have a high sense of urgency
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience
Experience entering data into databases (ex: MS Access or SAP).
AS400 knowledge
