Position Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) who can join the growing product team at Constellation Brands. The PM on the Sales Collaboration team will help manage our suite of distributor-facing (B2B) tools which currently include Galaxy, our industry-leading sales enablement and insights platform, and COIN, our e-commerce platform for distributor beer ordering. Through continued innovation in this space, we aim to drive stronger collaboration between distributors and Constellation Brands to fuel business growth and improve customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work with user experience designers and the engineering team to design and develop compelling new features and functionality that delight our users and drive engagement. You will also manage the development of product specifications and work with the Engineering team to ensure a smooth handoff. In addition to working with Engineering, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollouts of new features and functionality. Most importantly, you’ll deeply understand our users' needs so that you can deliver quality solutions that they love.
Responsibilities
Get to know our users deeply. Understand their problems and challenges in order to design user experiences that delight them and drive engagement
Work with the Director of Product to help set the product vision and roadmap
Validate your ideas and proposed solutions by testing product prototypes and concepts with users
Develop product requirements and user stories for new features and work collaboratively with the development team to bring your features to life
Participate in product planning sessions with user experience designers and the development team to align on future work
Maintain the product backlog, including prioritization and grooming
Establish and execute feature launch plans that ensure quality and provide end-user training when required
Analyze product data and make iterative product changes based on actual usage as well as user feedback
Communicate strategically both internally and externally. Bring teammates to the table at the right time to ensure effective communication across the team
Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in technology focused companies and at least 3 years working as a product owner or product manager for a digital product
Experience working alongside product designers and engineers in a highly collaborative environment
Experience working directly with engineers to turn designs and product requirements into releasable features
Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
An intense curiosity for understanding our users and their problems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Aha!
Customer-centric; thinks about solutions from the user experience perspective first and foremost
Experience working in an agile environment with teams building user-facing software applications
Strong communication and partnership skills; ability to collaborate through complex problems with a diverse team across departments, organizational levels, and with external partners

Information TechnologyThe salary range for this role is:
$95,500.00 - $201,300.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
