Field Service Manager at Ground Force

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES



  •  Manage all Service Technicians

  • Handle all customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Warranty claims

  • Coordinate all field service visits.

  • Develop repair and maintenance procedures with input from relevant departments.

  • Assist in development of troubleshooting guide and other similar items.

  • Assist in development of maintenance manual and other similar items.

  • Review and assist in service reports.

  • Ensure timely delivery of service reports to end user and internal customers.

  • Assist parts team/service engineer as needed.

  • Follow documentation requirements of TowHaul and ensure all files are organized and up to date.

  • Some travel required.

  • Back up Asset Delivery Supervisor when needed.

  • Physical demands: required to sit and stand at workstation Perform repetitive motions and lift up to 25 pounds. PPE is often required. Employee may be required to climb on/under equipment in various environmental conditions.

  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however can be sever and caution shall be executed with the use of PPE as required.
