As a UI/UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital experiences that resonate with their client's diverse consumer base.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX design process from conception to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital touchpoints for our global consumer goods client.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align design solutions with brand guidelines and business objectives, maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms.
Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences, and leverage findings to inform design decisions and enhance overall user experience.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and design specifications.
Apply strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design to create compelling user interfaces.
Effectively communicate complex design concepts to stakeholders, including those unfamiliar with design processes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Take ownership of design-related tasks and maintain a positive attitude towards delivering high-quality services within project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 4 years of experience in UX design or a related field, preferably within consumer goods or a similar industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing using tools like UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Dovetail, Maze, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with design thinking methodology and its application in problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience conducting remote and in-person design thinking workshops.
Familiarity with conducting remote or in-person research activities including interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies.
