ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a CNC Shift Supervisor who is self-motivated, responsible, diligent, detailed, task oriented, and reliable. Does this sound like you? If so, YOU are exactly who we are looking for.
THE POSITION:
As the CNC Shift Supervisor in our Watertown, SD facility you will be responsible for planning and establishing work schedules, promoting continuous improvement, and encouraging the team to work towards company goals. In addition, the CNC Shift Supervisor assists with employee selection, training, and provides input on employee reviews and performance. Maintains adherence to Company policies and holds self and others accountable in regard to safety, quality and production. We offer a competitive base wage of $24/hr to $28/hr, depending on experience, plus bonus! YOUR TEAM:
You would be a member of the Watertown CNC department and would report directly to the Plant Manager. You’d have an CNC Shift Supervisor counterpart in Minneapolis, MN.

HS Diploma or Equivalent
