Assist in the development of communications materials such as intranet and newsletter articles, collateral/brochures and presentation materials
Support content development for digital communications such as website/intranet, ITC Showcase, social media, blog posts and video
Support media relations efforts by researching and providing analysis of media outlets and reporters, updating media contact lists, and monitoring media coverage of industry issues
Provide event support for internal and external-facing events such as employee meetings, lunch & learns, customer meetings, open houses, etc.
Maintain library of audio/video footage and photography
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3.0 GPA, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations major
Intermediate knowledge of AP Style Guide.
Basic knowledge of social media products and publishing (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube).
Comfortable with MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative suite of products (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects a plus.
This program is a 12-week program during the summer, with 40-hour work week.
