Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Monday thru Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and valid driver's license.
The Janitor cleans all working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, apartment house, or commercial or other establishment. Duties involve a combination of the following: Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but the organization may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
