The PGIM Custom Harvest Group, a division of PGIM Investments, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized separately managed account (SMA) portfolios of ETFs. 

Our Role:

Today, PGIM Custom Harvest provides asset management to a wide range of RIAs and Wealth Managers. PGIM CH has $2.4 billion of Assets Under Management.   The Portfolio Management team is accountable for allocation of portfolios, tax loss harvesting and dollar for dollar ETF swapping while tracking an index.   

We are actively pursuing a Senior Investment Operations Specialist to join the PGIM Custom Harvest Trade Operations group and work very closely with internal portfolio managers and our third-party data aggregator.  Operational support will consist of updating our Account Data Base and doing daily reconciliation plus delivering portfolio management reports to the PM Team.   The team is responsible for all new account onboarding on multiple platforms and in our internal Salesforce data base. They may be requested to generate ad hoc reports for other reporting teams with in PGIM.

Core Functional Responsibilities:


  • Portfolio management operations support

  • Trade and cash reconciliations

  • Account Database Maintenance

  • Data Entry of all New Account Information on several platforms

  • Assist in the SMA Management Fee Process

  • Reporting Knowledge

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred)

  • Experience in investment management trade operations preferred

  • Excellent time management skills; works efficiently under the pressure of deadlines

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to partner with various levels of management

  • Self- motivated and proactive; willingness and a strong desire to learn

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
