The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.

Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student-Systems Auditor for John Deere Internal Audit located in Moline, Ilinois, you will execute audit engagements throughout the global Enterprise. In additionyou will:

• Work within an agile methodology for completing audit deliverables and tasks as part of a high performing team
• Gather and analyze evidence to support conclusions regarding internal controls over financial reporting and general IT controls over related information systems and infrastructure and look beyond symptoms for the root cause
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within Internal Audit by identifying gaps and providing recommendations related to the audit process
• Enhance the integration of data and analytics within the Internal Audit function

What Skills You Need

• Job experience within an IT support role, IT related internshipor data analyst role
• Ability to work independently and accomplish objectives in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated academic practice with IT programming or experience with implementing data analytics to gain insights or solve problems
• Proficient written, verbaland interpersonal communication skills

What Makes You Stand Out

• Passion for information technology and/or data analytics
• Experience with data visualization and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BIand Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with coding languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
• Exposure to IT topics such as AWS Cloud components, application development principles, cyber security, operating systems, database administration principles, server administrationand network architecture
• Knowledge of Agile scrum methodologies for IT delivery

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Declared major or minor in Computer Science/Math, Data Analyticsor equivalent IT degree; others may apply
