JOB LOCATION: Walnut Creek Family YMCA
HOURS/DAYS SCHEDULE: Weekend Mornings

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Deliver professional customer service and relationship building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA. This individual will be responsible for performing referee duties for assigned games.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Referee assigned game(s).
Enforce the rules and regulations of assigned game(s).
Assist site supervisor in maintaining orderly and fun atmosphere for assigned game(s).
Maintain game records and information as directed by supervisor.
Ensure safety is a priority at all times.
Know all emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them.
Complete accident/incident reports as necessary and submit to supervisor.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.
Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
