Network Optimization Director - KCNA Supply Chain
Network Optimization Direction-Kimberly Clark North America (KCNA) Supply Chain
Location: Neenah, Wisconsin (remote may be considered)
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provide senior level leadership to KCNA’s strategic capacity and footprint network including 3rd party manufacturers to ensure consistent product supply as required to support this $8 billion business. Additionally, oversee KCNA’s capital Planning and Execution process. Work with the Business Units to balance programs to ensure that the right programs are included in the overall plan.
Provide leadership for footprint and capacity expansion programs in North America including leading a small team of direct reports that might expand as required to support approved projects.
Influence and collaborate with all Business Units and senior leadership team to make decisions and ensure excellent execution for capital plans.
