Responsible for overseeing a closing team of two. Ensures accurate document preparation and timely delivery of the same and closing while protecting customer and company funds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintains a professional image and demeanor at all times by consistently demonstrating RTS Values and adhering to the Code of Ethics. 

2. Delivers friendly, caring service to internal and external customers.

3. Ensures the following activities are completed within the tasking timelines in Qualia:


  • All necessary information is gathered, coordinated, and confirmed from and to the parties to a transaction.


  • All payoffs are received, and judgments/liens verified.


  • Accounting is balanced after receiving numbers from parties.


  • Closing documents are prepared.


  • Title policy information is correct.


4. Assists with special projects as necessary.

5. Adheres to all security procedures and maintains strict confidentiality of all non-public information.

6. Enjoys being a TEAM member, exhibits superb time management, and is a self-starter suited to macro and not micromanagement. 

7.Performs a variety of other related duties as assigned or requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job satisfactorily, an employee must be able to carry out each essential duty competently.

The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills, and abilities required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent

A minimum of two years’ experience in real estate (preferably two or more in the title industry)

Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office

Experience with Qualia is preferred

SKILLS / ABILITIES

Effectively apply internal and external customer service practices and processes to meet quality service standards and achieve customer satisfaction.

Superb prioritization, time management and flexibility.

Utilize knowledge and experience in performing job functions. 

Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively.  Actively listen to questions, opinions, and ideas of others.  Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations, especially with customer complaints.

Use correct English including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Operate computers and use business software and other standard office equipment.

Understand and follow written and oral instructions.

An employee in this job works in a general office environment in a real estate services facility.
