Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is looking to add a Broker Coordinator to their team. The role provides marketing support for a leading team of brokers. The coordinator will often handle details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and edit marketing materials/packages (within InDesign) including proposals, and presentations, working directly with the marketing department on projects
Manage process of distribution, list updates and activity reporting.
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
Produce timely and accurate of word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within Adobe InDesign
Ability to work in a high production, fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge - In Design, Illustrator, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
