One of our favorite law firm clients is seeing a Litigation Paralegal to join a successful team whose cases include a variety of commercial litigation matters. We are seeking a paralegal with at least five years of experience with state and federal matters.
Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal will include:
Performing research
Communicating with clients and other involved parties
Handling files through all phases of litigation and trial preparation
Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents
Assisting with discovery
Preparing trial binders, and preparing and indexing exhibits
Interviewing witnesses and preparing witness testimonies
Assisting with the preparation of court proceedings
Maintaining files and databases, organizing case files
Assisting in other related areas and with special projects as needed
To be considered, paralegal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a billing paralegal and strong technical skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
