Required Skills:


Must have at least 5 years experience as a SQL DBA


Must have an in depth knowledge of SQL including the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, patch, upgrade and overall support the database


Able to create Complex SQL queries and adapt to new table relations and build off those when needed


Able to modify script and troubleshoot existing Korn Shell to troubleshoot errors and make improvements


Needs to be self motivated


Seeking someone with an outgoing personality that will speak up in collaborations


Ability to work in a team as well as individually


Desired Skills:


Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or a similar system


Certificates would be a plus (ICCP, SAP, Microsoft DP-300)


Experience supporting or working with Oracle databases a huge plus


Cloud experience would be a plus


Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:


Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Senior DBA that would be responsible for working with Microsoft SQL and Oracle to support all operations of the business. The ideal candidate would be proficient in maintaining, testing, and updating databases as well as have the ability to work on multiple ongoing projects. This person would work alongside their team to meet deadlines, create the correct documentation, and potentially train other members of the organization. After training, this person would be able to work a hybrid schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilize their skills and grow with an amazing team!
