Staff Accountant II
What can you expect?
This is a highly visible role working directly with senior leadership across the globe.
This role will provide exposure to almost all aspects of the general ledger and accounting policies, allowing for rapid growth and learning.
Within the first 60 days, this colleague should and will become a subject matter expect on the MMC global balance sheet reconciliation standard, a key financial accuracy, audit and SOX control.

We will count on you to:
Work with various global teams to ensure compliance to global standards
Partner with stakeholders across all lines of business to identify gaps and implement solutions in the process
Serve as a subject matter expert as it pertains to the balance sheet reconciliation process
Support with ad-hoc projects within Accounting Operations as needed
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Basic understanding of accounting policy
Experience with balance sheet reconciliation
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to manage various stakeholder relationships
Balance sheet and account reconciliation knowledge and experience
