Job Description:
As a Billing & Collection Specialist in our Global Revenue Billing & Collection team, you will primarily work with billing customers, collections, customer support, and other ad hock tasks. Besides your close colleagues in the Global Revenue Billing & Collection team, you will be supporting our sales and customer success organization.

What you will be doing

  • Billing customers. Includes registering and maintaining third-party customer portals for invoicing and payment processing.
  • Research and resolve account disputes and invoicing discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, payment records, and collection notes in the company's accounting and billing systems.
  • Correspond with customers via email or phone validating customer data; request for information and collections.
  • Reporting updates to management on customer account status and other outstanding issues.
  • Other ad hoc tasks within the Global Revenue Billing team

What we will require of you

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with attention to detail and inquisitive nature.
  • Passionate about technology and digitalization of businesses and a general SaaS business understanding.
  • Experience working in Excel and how to analyze data to find specific information or trends.
  • Positive energy, proactive and motivated by learning a lot – and not afraid of making your own suggestions and decisions.

Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
