Duties and Responsibilities | • Manages prospect communication, engage students via phone, email, and chat. • Responsible for managing and updating the electronic prospective student database and supporting the processing of application documents as needed. • Collects, compiles, and organizes data pertinent to various ongoing studies. Analyzes, summarizes, and communicates this information to appropriate officials. • Assists in preparing final reports, recommendations, and other information resources for improving business processes and office workflow. • Update data in PeopleSoft to include decisions, checklists, education, and residency. • Update applicant records with external data. • Manages the flow of documents to and from the office, including opening internal/external mail, requisitions, and other critical business documents. • Supports the Enrollment Services team with administrative duties including answering emails, walk-in traffic to service windows, and other front office duties. • Perform other duties as assigned. |
Education | A Bachelor’s degree is required. |
