We are looking for a full-time food server to assist us 4-5 days a week in ournewly renovated restaurant. As a Server, you play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the financial success of our hotel through service delivery of food and beverages.

What will I be doing?

As a Server at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service and contributing to the financial success of the hotel. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. In this role, you will not only serve food and beverages but also embody the essence of our establishment's unique experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly, warmly, and efficiently to guest requests, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, restaurant promotions, and specials, fostering an engaging dining experience for our guests.
• Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders, utilizing our point-of-sale system effectively.
• Retrieve and deliver orders promptly, ensuring timely service and satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Adhere strictly to all federal, state, local, and company regulations when serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your serving station, ensuring it is well-stocked at all times to facilitate seamless operations.
