Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of the creative asset process and team for all of AC USCA products and channels.

You are a well-rounded project manager and process orientated professional with experience in inventory management, purchasing and team collaboration, vendor management, in addition to budget allocation and driving process improvements.

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will work a hybrid schedule based in Cranberry Twp, PA.
Key Responsibilities



  • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.


  • Inventory Analysis: Conduct analysis of current inventory levels, trends, and patterns to identify areas for improvement.


  • Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, including minimizing excess stock and ensuring inventory to meet demand.


  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure delivery of inventory and negotiate favorable terms.


  • Inventory Tracking: Establish systems for accurate inventory tracking and monitoring, utilizing software and tools.


  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to inventory management processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments such as logistics, purchasing, and sales to align inventory management with goals.


  • Performance Evaluation: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and evaluate project performance against established metrics.


  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance effectiveness.


  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of inventory specialists, providing guidance to ensure project success.


  • Communication: Communicate with partners, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and decisions.


  • Budget: Maximization of budgets by using ROI tools a measurement of effectiveness and manage the yearly budget to include ongoing tracking of spend and budget and other teams to ensure delivery/execution of channel marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management or another related field required.

  • 5+ years' experience within a Marketing or Merchandising role.
