Research and Program Coordinator

The Research and Program Coordinator will provide overall project coordination of key research projects for the Complex Systems Institute, and will develop, coordinate and implement conferences, seminars, and workshops that advance the international reputation of the Institute. Research responsibilities include onboarding new research coordinators to various research studies including the LEMURS study, overseeing existing research coordinators, planning, executing, and monitoring project tasks, coordinating graduate student research funding and onboarding graduate students for research projects, and managing the delivery of project outcomes. The Research and Program Coordinator would positively influence the workplace culture as well as contributing to the structuring of that culture to enable efficiency and effectiveness.
MS degree (or higher) in a related field and three to five years' related experience required. Valid driver's license or ability to obtain, and driver's check may be required.-project management experience with human subjects and data science-ability to write and submit study protocols, data safety forms, consent forms, and supporting materials to the IRB on click with minimal supervision from PI-ability to submit IRB modifications on click including protocol deviations and continuing review with minimal supervision from PI-data cleaning and coding experience in R, as well as understanding of human subject data management-ability to interpret and triage physical health measures based on certification as a healthcare provider, including blood pressure
-trained to administer psychiatric examinations as part of research-proficiency with survey tools and survey building in both REDCap and Qualtrics-ability to create requisitions, interface with suppliers, and track expenses-ability to contribute to brainstorming and study development based on certification as a healthcare provider-proficiency in coordinating large, complex events-working background in biometrics and biofeedback-working background in biomechanics and movement science technologies including electromyography, accelerometry, and motion capture
-Background in research project coordination, successful track record of working in a higher education environment, strong project management and fiscal management skills.-Working knowledge of the LEMURS project
$50,000 to $68,000/year
