Job Description:

A reputable large firm in Greenville, SC is seeking an Associate Attorney in their Real Estate Department.


Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.


3-5 Years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and related financing transactions.


Commercial real estate leasing experience is preferred but not required.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Candidates must be familiar with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements.


• Commercial leasing experience strongly preferred.


• Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills required.
