ABOUT SUMMER 2024 INTERNSHIPS
The Kendo Brands Summer Internship is a paid 10 week Program focusing on an assigned project while being introduced to and fully integrated into the daily activities of your team. For Summer 2024, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco Office. Interns will work from home every Monday and Friday, and will come into the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Interns will get the opportunity to explore a department and learn about developing a career at a beauty brand incubator. Our program will include exposure to senior leadership, networking opportunities, and regular check ins on internship status. Interns will also get an opportunity to learn more about LVMH and how Kendo fits into the LVMH family.
Applications for the 2024 Internship Program will be open from February 8th to February 23rd. Salary for all internships will be $23/hour. Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2024 graduates of an accredited college or university. You must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to work 3 days a week in our downtown San Francisco Office. Candidates must be able to work either June 3rd to August 16th or June 24th to September 6th.
SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Intern at Kendo will be part of the Digital & eCommerce organization, directly supporting & shadowing the performance marketing team but also participating in some key day to day responsibilities for the CRM team as well. The performance marketing team is responsible for amplifying our products and brands through digital advertising channels (paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, etc.) that inspires existing customers and new potential customers to browse & shop on our ecommerce websites (fentybeauty.com, olehenriksen.com, etc.). The CRM team is responsible for driving customer retention & loyalty, managing customer analytics & all customer communications through Email & SMS marketing channels. This is a great way for an intern to 'dip their toes' into all the digital marketing channels supporting an ecommerce business, both paid and organic.
