We are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team!
Position Summary: Develops, implements, and maintains the systems which support Brazeways commitment to Total Productive Maintenance. Provides the necessary support to the maintenance team to ensure that proper tools and assistance are available.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages and maintains the daily inventory levels and orderliness of the storeroom and warehouse areas. Provides necessary data and information to Maintenance Supervisor and team by notifying of any trends of usage in the spare parts system that could indicate a pattern. Also, provides training to employees regarding CMMS and any procedural changes regarding the spare parts process or any changes that may be taking place. Performs quarterly inventory inspections to maintain our accuracy and inventory levels. Supports and manages within the Brazeway Code of Conduct, Core Values, and our Process Based Leadership philosophy. Actively supports and shows personal ownership for the Brazeway Quality Plan and 5S+Safety Program.

What a candidate must have to be qualified for the role:
Strong technical skills and ability to interact tactfully with all departments on many levels. A minimum of 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment Maintenance background is preferred. Accounting background is helpful, but not required. Journeyman or skilled trades certification is preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills A strong work ethic and a strong commitment to a team environment On call and have availability after hours and weekends, to research and help locate needed parts and or get repairs made with outside vendors.

How this role is different:
Reports directly to the maintenance manager along with working closely with Maintenance Supervisor, Production, and TPM Coordinator. Normal hours would be Monday Friday with some weekends during projects or annual maintenance. Also will be responsible for after-hours calls.
