Carlyle Global Credit's Operations team focuses on all Operational activities across the Global Credit Platform, including investment capture, investment funding, treasury management, portfolio compliance, and administrator oversight.
Position Summary
In this role, you will manage a team of professionals responsible for all aspects of asset and liability servicing to support the Global Credit business. The team lead will work closely with Operations teams, Investment Professionals, Finance, Technology and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of activity across the various integrated technology platforms. The team is primarily focused on reviewing and processing transactions in Global Credit's Internal Book of Record (IBOR). The team will also be responsible for working with technology leads and our partner organizations to develop internal and external reconciliations.
Responsibilities
Manage a growing team of asset servicing professionals
Work closely with the Reference Data team to ensure the data required for processing activity is available and of high quality
Develop and document procedures
Heavily involved in the implementation of new technology and the ongoing maintenance of activities in the technology
Supervise and administer the vendor loan administration feeds
Oversee all internal and external reconciliations related to position and liability activities
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline
Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience, required.
Strong experience with public and private credit, particularly loans
Detailed understanding of loan and debt governing documents, including Credit Agreements, Amendments, and Offering Memorandums
Strong requirements gathering, program & project management skills.
Knowledge of dashboards and data visualization tools.
