Our client, an organization, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support one of their teams located in Alexandria, VA!
About the Job:
Manage calendars/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Process expense reimbursements and manage corporate card use for the CEO.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence; maintain files.
Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
5+ years of C-suite support experience.
A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Experience in project management and research is required.
Proficient in MS Office Product, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, calendar management, and collaboration skills.
About the Position:
Pays $30/hr-$36/hr
Temporary for 6 months.
Hybrid schedule!
Office in Alexandria, VA.
