Your Key Responsibilities

• Optimization of existing packaging concepts for purchased and inhouse manufactured parts.
• Calculation of packaging and packaging service costs across the entire supply chain.
• Creation of packaging proposals and documentation based on customer requirements.
• Technical/ economical evaluation of packaging offers and procurement.
• Planning and execution of tests, checking and release of packaging samples and packaging systems in cooperation with suppliers and internal customers.
• Creation and maintenance of packing instructions in SAP and subsystem.
• Collaboration in acquisition, PEP, CIP and industrialization projects Support our global Schaeffler packaging network.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Packaging Engineering or an engineering related field
• Experience in the field of automotive packaging
• Confident communication with external packaging suppliers
