Job Overview: 

As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your department or team. This role involves managing individual employees, organizing workflows, and ensuring that the team contributes effectively to overall business goals. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire confidence in their team members, and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitor equipment and supplies levels to ensure availability when needed. 




• Prioritize safety and ensure that all safety policies are followed at all times. 




• Communicate with staff regarding upcoming projects or tasks. 




• Manage projects and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating with other departments for necessary materials. 




• Review employee performance to ensure effective completion of work. 




• Oversee employee work to maintain quality standards and timely completion. 

• Analyze data from past operations to identify trends or opportunities for improvement. 




• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 




• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and environmental protection protocols. 




• Take responsibility for the cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence of the department's work area. 




• Participate in the development and successful execution of departmental work standards. 




• Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum of a High School Diploma. 




• At least 7 years of experience in services or manufacturing relevant to the department. 




• Strong computer skills. 




• Experience in SAP is preferred.
