SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the sales and operational performance of our companys presence on various Ecommerce websites (iHerb, Vitacost, Thrive) as well as Marketplace accounts (Walmart.com, Target.com, etc.). This is an exciting role for Frontier Co-op, which speaks to the importance of our growing Marketplace business. We seek high velocity growth of each brand across the digital shelf, and the individual in this position will take a leadership role in delivering that strategic growth. Experience in account management, an entrepreneurial mindset and online/marketplace experience are keys to success, as this will be your business to run. Outstanding collaboration skills, a passion for merchandise and hunger for driving growth are critical.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, execute and drive Marketplace strategy to maximize sales and profitability for our marketplace accounts. Responsible for vendor negotiations as well as advertising, trade spend and sales promotion budgets while fully utilizing platform-specific marketing tools and advertising options to increase product visibility and drive traffic. Identify potential new business opportunities by performing ROI analysis, sales projections, integration and/or technical specifications, etc. Key stakeholder in launching new accounts. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Marketplace account managers, including day to day account management. Negotiate favorable terms, resolve disputes and advocate for the companys interests with marketplace partners. Listing Management: Create and manage product listings on different marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, completeness and optimization for search and conversion. Optimize product titles, descriptions, images and other content to enhance visibility and drive sales. Curate and manage assortments, place new and void fills as appropriate and support via trade and marketing spend. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and monitor inventory levels and fulfillment rates for both direct and consigned inventory accounts. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce marketplace management. Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic and customer feedback on each marketplace. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports and actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategy refinement. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, terms of service, seller guidelines and stay informed about changes in those policies and regulations, and adapt strategies accordingly. Mitigate risks related to account suspension, policy violations, or other compliance issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in ecommerce marketplace management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry. Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms such as Walmart Seller Center, Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, etc. Prefer experience in both seller and brand 3P fulfillment methods. Prefer experience in managing a major marketplace account (Walmart 3P, Target 3P, etc). Strong project management, planning and organization skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse groups and individuals at varying levels of authority.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (BA) in business, marketing, merchandising, or similar degree from four-year college. Minimum 3 years of Seller Center (Walmart, Target, etc) is strongly preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as professional, scientific, and technical journals, legal documents and business reports. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to write articles or memos on areas of responsibility.

QUANTITATIVE SKILLS
Demonstrate a high degree of analytical capability. Ability to marketplace reported analytics. Ability to comprehend financial principles. Ability to use a computer to create highly customized spreadsheets and charts, run reports, and interpret data.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent communications, interpersonal and collaborative skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly master various platforms, including applicable Marketplace portals.
