Description: Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Marble Falls, TX1
Responsibilities:
- Patient Greeting and Wait Time Management: Warmly greet patients as they arrive at the medical facility.
- Intake Process Assistance: Assist patients with intake procedures, including collecting required documents.
- Financial Transactions: Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles from patients.
- Walk-In Patient and Visitor Handling: Process walk-in patients and visitors efficiently
- Appointment Scheduling and Phone Handling: Answer phones professionally and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience working within a medical practice or front desk in a medical setting.
- Familiarity with data entry processes.
- Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology.
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (standard business hours).
Dress Code: Business casual attire (top) with black or khaki-colored pants.
