Description: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Hybrid Position in Columbus, OH - 3 days onsite
About the Role: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with business partners across various units to tailor technology solutions that support our business objectives. You'll offer advanced technical guidance to your colleagues, stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, and drive improvements in our systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and elevate the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster relationships with business partners using ServiceNow, advocating for their needs while upholding platform standards and governance.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of complex business processes and the functionalities of assigned applications, including their integration and impact.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather business and user requirements, fostering strong team relationships.
Take ownership of stakeholder relationships, documenting business processes and data requirements.
Collaborate with Scrum and Production Support teams to ensure requirements are met and delivered as per specifications.
Lead scope, discovery, and design sessions, maintaining open communication with business partners.
Align IT resources and design enterprise solutions that cater to client needs.
Develop roadmaps and execute tasks within sprint timelines.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Availability for a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and meet tight deadlines.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst, including scope document creation, requirement elicitation, and process flowcharting.
Skilled in facilitating sessions to capture detailed requirements.
Track record of driving tasks to completion.
Independent problem-solver with minimal need for supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new technologies.
