Job Description:

We are building a new product technology team to build and enhance our CRM product with modern agile best practices. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering brand-new products/capabilities, driving data-led experiments, and iterating existing experiences. We want to find someone who is curious, can learn quickly, think creatively, and work collaboratively. You will be responsible for setting an ambitious product vision that motivates and inspires your team, peers, and leadership and deliver on this vision by setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap by collaborating extremely effectively across the company. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at Global Holdings. You will own the retention product roadmap and strategy. As a retention Product Manager, you’ll help build the strategy for how our CRM product better serves existing DSP partners. You will build capabilities in our CRM product to optimize the end-to-end experience for our DSP partners. Your key goal is to grow the business of DSP partners and increase CRM product stickiness. You will be responsible for measuring and increasing the adoption and usage of CRM capabilities. You will deeply understand the unique challenges and needs of our DSP users and come up with robust solutions to make the CRM platform rich and scalable. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our CRM product offerings, ensuring they align with market demands and offer a seamless experience for our users.


  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, leading product development, and driving product strategy. Experience building retention or monetization products is a plus.

  • Ability to lead product execution from vision, through delivery, and iterating on the next steps.

  • Ability to identify progressive product features leveraging forward-thinking technology, data, and tools, including ML or AI, that will provide a significantly differentiated value to our users.

  • Ability to gather and analyze market research and customer insights to inform product decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to inform product decisions and drive metrics improvement.

  • Deep empathy for user needs, coupled with a track record of building products that resonate with users.

  • Ability to understand technical limitations and trade-offs to help determine what to build.

  • Ability to foster alignment across teams and functions, driving successful execution and goal achievement.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment and financial technology industry is a plus,

  • Lead product development ceremonies (daily stand, sprint planning, backlog grooming, facilitating retros, and any architectural discussions)

  • Knowledge of payment processing and debt settlement industry is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
